My Story

It started with a fear of being in the car. Then the sky. I was only 7 and confused. What were these constant surges of adrenaline, and why did I keep looking for the exit sign in busy places?

How it all started: Anxiety

I know exactly what it feels like when it comes to high levels of anxiety. 

My journey with it began when I was 7, sitting on a carousel swing. It was a sunny, happy day—yet suddenly, my hands were drenched in sweat, and my heart was pounding like I was in danger.

 

I didn’t understand it then, but I was experiencing anxiety. It then started to permeate into different parts of my life. I felt it in crowds, alone at home, on transport - I couldn't understand it. It made no sense, which made it feel even scarier. 

The most important realisation for me is that anxiety isn’t about logic - it’s about feeling safe enough to experience it in your body. That's where real transformation happens.

 

When we do, even the scariest things lose their power, and our healing journey begins. 

My own experience led me to explore different tools and therapies, and ultimately, to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

 

I now help others navigate anxiety, overthinking, phobias, stress, grief, and more, making space for your healing.
